The Journey is a 2-day retreat full of laughing and learning, praying and participating. Driven by 11 talks given by a team of youth, adults and clergy; The Journey’s purpose is to convey the love, mercy, and grace God has for us. Youth have the opportunity to participate in an engaging experience, full of the presence of God. It’s an opportunity to strengthen their spiritual lives and establish relationships with their peers and other members of The Journey community.

Four times every year, high school age students from 14 to 19 years old who want to learn more about Jesus Christ can be a part of The Journey. With four retreats held each year – two in the spring and two in the fall, there should be an opportunity that fits your schedule.
The Journey is held at First Church of the Nazarene in Galesburg, IL, but we are pleased to have involvement from people from other surrounding communities as well.
